A. Service and Monitoring: There will be an average response time of 2 hours in the event that a technician is required to be sent for service. ATMTechPR Inc. remotely monitors and controls all ATMs in real time 24 hours a day. In the event of a failure, we will work the ATM through our Remote Management System (RMS) and attempt to resolve the issue remotely. 92% of failures are resolved without the need to use the second service line, which is the technician's office. ATMTechPR Inc. will maintain an average operational status of 99.2% ("Up Time") for the installed ATM.


B. On-Site Service: On-site services will be conducted seven (7) days a week from 8:00 am- 9:00 pm ATMTechPR Inc. will provide a 24-hour toll-free telephone number in case of that any client or employee has to contact us at any time.


C. Installation: The installation will be carried out by our trained technicians and the best time to carry out the installation will be coordinated with the management in order not to interfere with your public.
